  • Fitting Appointments

    In order to better serve Windsor School families, TGS will be conducting the fitting sessions by appointment. Families can book an appointment with TGS directly by logging into the Online Order system at www.windsoruniformshop.com.

  • Placing Your Order Online

    After your fitting session or if you are comfortable with sizing you can complete your order online at www.windsoruniformshop.com If you have any questions about estimating your child(ren)’s size(s), our team members can be contacted at sales@windsoruniformshop.com. Please note that the only method of placing an order is by ordering online.

  • Delivery/Payment Procedures

    You have the option of paying by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover card. Additionally, you may pay by direct bank transfer. Uniform orders cannot be charged to your child’s school account.

    One of our team members at TGS will contact you to confirm that your order is ready for collection from our office in AIP. By special request only, orders may be shipped directly to the School.

  • Why is there a deadline date for ordering?

    Many of the items that make up your uniform are manufactured exclusively for your school. Receiving your order before or by the deadline date allows us to prepare our inventory with the required sizes and quantities. Keep in mind that we need enough time to cut, sew and embroider all garments in order to fulfill what you need before the start of school. Therefore, orders received after the deadline date cannot be guaranteed delivery before the start of school.

  • Can I modify my order?

    Yes you can, so long as your order has not yet been completed. Simply contact our customer service department to request a modification.

  • What if I am not sure about sizing?

    Remember that when ordering uniforms in the Spring, these items are intended to fit not just in the month of September but also to the following June. To assist you, fitting sessions are scheduled at the School. If you are unable to attend a fitting session, a measurement chart is provided for you. Simply provide your child’s measurements and we will do our best to determine the sizing appropriate for your child. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our team.

  • How and where do you ship my order?

    Orders may be shipped directly to the School if requested. Otherwise, you will be contacted to collect
    your order from our office when it is completed.

  • What happens if my child grows (or loses weight) over the summer?

    We recommend that when you receive your package, and before washing any of the items, your child try everything on. If an exchange is required, log in to your account and request an exchange.

  • Can I order more clothes later on in the school year?

    Yes, you may order anytime during the year at www.windsoruniformshop.com as we maintain a limited supply of uniforms throughout the school year.

  • How do I best care for my uniform items?

    Enclosed in your package of uniforms will be a detailed sheet showing the recommended washing instructions for each item of your uniform. Please read these instructions carefully. Proper care of your uniform extends the life of the garments considerably!

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    You have 30 days from the date your child starts school. You may return any garment for exchange as long as the garment has never been worn, washed or altered.
